The odd thing is that at one point his office was actually raided by the U.S. The question is: what will happen on the 10 year anniversary - Sept 11, 2011? The numbers itself: 911 - reminds me of an emergency phone call - emergency indeed. The date 9/11 is quite significant - 10 years pre 2001 was when the NWO was announced by Bush Sr. Even though the card showed a small nuke blowing up the tower instead of an airplane crashing into it, it still has some eerie similarities. Look at the card with the twin towers on it. I don't think the card is representing a specific event, but a general outcome. Perhaps 'the 11th hour' is more likely (actually that makes the most sense to me since the clock is pointing to the 11th hour).
Not sure on the number 11 - maybe 9/11? But I don't think Steve Jackson knew anything about that (the specific date at least). I think that one is more general - looks like civil unrest with some buildings falling over in the background - compare to what is happening in London this week. To me, this picture is interesting in that the hour hand is at 11 (2011?).
